My first compleated painting

Christmas two years ago I was given some canvas as a gift from David and Abby Sorenson. For a while I didn't do anything with them, but this year, as I've struggled with my mystery disease which is quickly sapping my ability to do some tasks, I figured I better get to work before its too late and I regret never finishing an art project.
Since it was the Sorensons who gave me the canvas I figured the first one should go to them. So here is my project in steps. It is inspired by their beautiful daughter Hailey who use to dress up as Snow White.

The pencil outlining.

Added skirt, red, and grass block

Added skin tone, blue, and hair

Added the apple and make-up

Added the sidewalk

Added wall, door, and tree stump

Added tree and grass detail, made the sidewalk into a step, more make-up

Added door hangle, hindges and little touch-ups

The finished product given to the Sorensons this Christmas, hanging in Hailey's room.
